Fitbit warranty is a joke.

Do not buy Fitbit. The company is a joke and do not backnup their product. 

I purchased a Fitbit Charge 5 in July of 2022. Sometime in October the face fell of while I was walking. After contacting them.to file a claim. The end result by their standards was this was normal wear and tear. They didn't offer to fix it or replace it. Just that this was normal. 

So when is it normal for the face to fall off any watch. I've worn many other brands and not one of then did the face fall off. Fitbit is a joke and please tell your friends not to buy from this cheap watch company, they do not uphold their warranty.

I read it. The unit was defective. No face just falls off. That's defective. That's not normal wear and tear. That's just their way to dodge replacing it.
