Fitbit will not honor 35% discount for bricked charge 5

I still have a valid discount for an out of warranty Charge 5 that bricked as a result of a forced update that I’ve been holding onto in order to use on the new Charge 6 now that it is in stock. Fitbit refuses to honor the discount even thought there is no mention that I cannot be used on a Charge 6. The only thing mentioned is that it cannot used on preorders. As of today the Charge 6 is no longer a preorder and in stock.Sat on the phone with an agent for half an hour with no luck.

Hi @Disgruntled75  as long as I've been on the forums, the newest devices weren't eligible for us to use the discount coupons. With the holidays coming faster, why not put in an order now and use that coupon for the style of device that allows you to use it.
