Have had the Charge 5 for a little over four weeks. When I first set it up, I was able to synch to my Android phone via Bluetooth. About a week ago, the Fitbit dropped the connection. When I have the phone look for devices, it doesn’t find the Fitbit. It does find other Bluetooth enabled devices, which leads me to believe there is something wrong with the Fitbit. Anyone else have this issue?
Adding - in case I am asked - I have restarted both the Fitbit and the phone a few times. Still the Fitbit isn't listed as a Bluetooth enabled device, but other devices around and about do.

I saw that another type of FitBit has the same issue. Seems that Fitbit needs to look into this

You need to install the fitbit app on your phone. That is the way to connect to tour fitbit.
