My fitbit Charge 5 stopped working yesterday after getting slightly wet in n my arm by a hose. The screen stayed black but I could feel the motion on it. When I dried and put on charge it did nothing but vibrate. It did not charge overnight. I attempted the reset and the screen says 1% battery life when attached to the charger and then miraculously went to 99% but then I took it off and the screen went black and then I put it back on and did the reset again it was back on 1%. The number doesn't goes up, the few times it does move up the moment I take it off the charger it goes right back to saying 1%. I tried everything suggested when having a problem charging, different locations, cleaning the pins, resetting the device, nothing has worked. It still responds because it buzzes when I attach the charger and push the reset button on the cord. I hope someone can help me out. This is ridiculous and appears to happen quite often to people.

Hi, @TelleS Welcome to the community, you do not mention how long you've had your Charge 5, your best step will be to contact Customer Support
You may still be covered by Fitbit's return and warranty policy depending on where you are and when & from whom you bought it. You should reach out to "Customer Support" online or via the help section of the Fitbit app. You will need the details on when, where & who you bought it from if the agent is to process your claim.
