Fitbits are not connected to the right person/phone

2 charge 5s in the house, wife just got a new replacement and attempted to download and Bluetooth to her phone, somehow my details have gone onto her fitbit and I have her results on my older one! How can we rectify this?

Just to clarify, do each of you have your own Fitbit account?

Thanks for the reply, yes we do, but I have now managed to get it straightened out as I uncoupled both fitbits from Bluetooth the 1 at a time in separate locations reconnected, now working a dream thanks, she is now on her 3rd Charge 5  in a few months as they keep malfunctioning but mine is a little bit older and wor
