My first one bricked and I just though huh, weird. After spending over an hour on the phone with support (doing things I had already done), they finally decided to send me another one. It also bricked after a few months. Before my first one bricked, I bought my parents a pair of Charge 5s as well. I also bought myself a new one (for some stupid reason) also. ALL OF THEM HAVE BRICKED. NOT BROKEN, BRICKED. They were not dropped. They were not taken into water. The screen decided to either stop working or get stuck on the logo on all of them. My latest one decided to brick today while I was playing outside with my nieces and nephews (basketball). I'm done with fitbit. Anyone considering buying a fitbit, you have been warned.
