Five dots on screen of Charge 5

I ant get my vitbit to work all that’s on screen are 5 dots at the top. Can you help

Thank you for sharing that you've been having this issue with your Charge 5. 

 

If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've tried the steps listed here below, as they have been useful for other users experiencing something similar: 

 

  1. Restart your device using the three pulse method with the charging cable:
    • Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
    • Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
  2. Change the the clock face option on your Charge 5 following the steps in this article
