If you see all your data on the app or dashboard which means your Charge 5 is communicating fine with your other device but some of your Charge 5 icons are not showing updated data or are blank, one thing I have found that fixes this is synchronizing with my phone at the same time that the Charge 5 wrist screen is on and active, it help to be actually scrolling from one icon to another. I have fixed blank sleep data and non-updated days per week data in this way. This seems to be reproducible.

Hi @SunsetRunner which icons are not updating.
Some of the icons will not update until after your data gets synced with the server, then the server has to process, then a second a nc of the tracker is needed.
If everything goes right, t is all happens wit in a few seconds. If the fitbit server is busy, the fdata may not be available yet and a forced second sync may be needed. Or wait 20 or so minutes for the next scheduled sync

I have found that sometimes multiple synchronizations will not work and you have to use the method I describe which works every single time.
