My fitbit charge 5 screen is blank.
I can see via app it is fully charged, but screen is black.
I've tried pressing the button on the USB cable three times, as per several tips, but this does not resolve the issue. I can feel the fitbit vibrate on each press, but no change in black screen.
Any suggestions?

Someone people said changing clock face could help.
but in my case it doesnt and i end up getting a replacement.
