Free Info on Alta HR vs Charge 5

I have been happy with the free information I get on my Alta HR without the premium subscription for sleep, steps, exercise, etc.  Will I get all of the same information for free if I buy the Charge 5?  If I can't get the same information for free, I'll go buy another brand.

Yes, but why change if you are happy with what you have?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The screen is small and scratched.  That's why I'm looking for an upgrade.
