My charge five will not hold a charge. I have fully charged it about four or five times over the past couple of days and it drains completely dead in about one hour. I’ve restarted it. I’ve made sure it has the latest updates, completely reset it to factory settings. Nothing has worked. I had a fully charged when I did the factory settings, and within a half an hour it’s about 50%

The latest update brick alot of devices and made most us complaining here.
I suggest request a replacement and don't update until firmware issue is fixed.
