some time ago, my charge 5 stopped tracking my runs with GPS. It shows it connects, but then there is no map. I tried to restrict it to use the Charge 5's GPS, the phone's GPS (from auto), but that doesn't help. I go to settings (iPhone) -> Fitbit, and now there is no location services showing either. In addition, there is no option to clear cache as someone suggested that there should be. I've tried restarting the device, reinstalling the app, but nothing works.
In addition, what I set in my profile on the computer for Fitbit does not match what Charge is doing or not doing - or that of what my profile show on my phone's app in many ways. But that is to the side...
Anyone has a fix to try?
