Got Charge 5 for Xmas . Was great first couple of months but then noticed GPS kept disconnecting . Can only get accurate run/route if I take my iPhone along with me which negates point of having the Fitbit Charge 5. I have tried all the workarounds … several times over but nothing works . Very frustrating and annoying . Would not recommend Charge 5.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed and you should be receiving a response soon.

I haven’t had a response from Fitbit re my GPS problems can you let me know how long it usually takes for a response please ?
