I have only had my Charge 5 for 2 days. I have my GPS set to use my phone's GPS. While hiking the last 2 days, the Bluetooth connection kept dropping. Halfway through my hike today, the Bluetooth connection dropped and it won't reconnect. My Charge 3 recently failed and Bluetooth was never an issue. My other Bluetooth devices connect with no issue. I have tried restarting my phone, turning Bluetooth on and off, as well as restarting my Charge 5, but no luck.

Best AnswerI went hiking today and here's a screenshot of the notification after losing the Bluetooth connection. I'm going to give it a few days for this issue to be resolved or I'm sending the tracker back to Amazon. It's frustrating!
Best AnswerWas the fitbit app moved to the foreground @VeganDan I find the app has to be in the background when the screen, if the phone, goes dark.
For me a restart of the phone fixed this.
