Hello!
For 3-4 months, I don't have GPS data on my Running Activities.
I set the GPS settings on phone.
I have an iPhone SE 2020 (iOS 15.4)
I tried to restart my Charge 5, or unpair and re-pair just before the exercise with no luck.
I just realised that on Walking Activity, the GPS works fine.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hello @d.barboutis and welcome to the Community. I gave my Charge 5 to my son in law, so this advice is coming from the Charge 5 manual, p 38-39. There are customizable settings in each exercise shortcut. You can turn GPS on/off within these settings (on the device, not on the app). Choose Run, then swipe up to see the specific run settings. Make sure GPS is turned on there. I also have a Luxe, and that setting is on the Run settings on the device.

@d.barboutis The Charge 5 has GPS built into it and does not use the phones location.
A few reviewers mentioned that if the band is to tight, they had a problem with the GPS.
My thoughts.
Start up the Run Activity.
Before pressing start, you should see an icon showing that the tracker is searching for GPS
Once your location is acquired, the tracker dies a short vibration. and the icon changes. Otherwise the icon will have a diagonal line through it.
If the tracker is not searching for GPS then check the settings as @LZeeW explains.
My other thought, maybe a hardware problem and a restart, or shutdown is needed.
