Hello, I am super frustrated that my Charge 5 has stopped connecting to GPS and now I cannot accurately track my run progress. When I first bought the watch in December 2021 it worked fine. Now it won’t connect at all. I have done all the ‘fixes’. Nothing works and I’m wondering if I can get a refund on it as I am super disappointed.

ooo, I wonder if this is whats happening with mine. It says 'connecting' then 'connected' before I start the run but when i look at the run on the app after its garbage!

Probably. Mine doesn’t show the map of where I’ve run in the Fitbit app, and my pace is completely off. It’s so so frustrating and now I have to take my phone with me like my old Fitbit.
