Hi,

Lots of issues with the GPS on my Charge 5 - even when I turn it on it is failing to work on outdoor activities particularly skiiing. Now I am being told by support that it can't log distance when I ski. This makes no sense - does the GPS work or not work? How does it log distance when I cycle? With the GPS. How about when I canoe - same. What is the point of putting a GPS right in the device but it not working?
