Since linking Charge 5 with Google, my syncing has become slow but more of an issue, is that my ECGs are not saving. When I go to take a new 1, I get the message to “save the previous ECG”. The ECG is the only reason I have a Fitbit Charge 5. I have tried restarting App, deleting & reinstalling but nothing has worked. Even spent time with Customer Service chat Sallie who didn’t fix & told me to hurry up as I only had 1 minute to reply to each question/solution!!

Hi, @Lizie60 welcome to the community, may I suggest you review this article? What is the Fitbit ECG app? - Fitbit Help Center It's a little complicated but does cover what you need to know.
