Got kicked out of support chat

I was chatting with support and I had to change my email in my Fitbit app. When I went to go back to my chat, I had lost the whole chat because opening my email verification email took over my mobile browser window. 

I was about to be emailed instructions on how to get my replacement Fitbit charge 5 because mine bricked after the update and is still within warranty. 

Now when I try to go back to support chat, I only get the error page. Please help! I've tried dozens of times now to access support chat again and it's not working.

You're just going to have to keep trying.  There's nothing that this forum of users can do to help you, other than suggest trying at off-times.

Hi Estuardo,

I just did as the Fitbit chat rep told me and changed my email in my Fitbit app to my current email. 

I don't have time today to wait on hold on the phone and the chat still isn't working. 

Is there any way you can perhaps find the chat log in my member file or something and send me the email she was trying to send me that will let me replace my Fitbit?
