Green LED on 100% of the Time, Possible Battery Drain Root Cause

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For the past two weeks I have been getting about 12 hours from a full 100% charge.  I noticed that the green LED on the back of the device was on 100% of the time including when off the wrist, while charging, and when performing a reset. I thought that it normally flashed and would turn off when no movement was detected.  The only time the LED goes off is when the device is 100% dead.  I've gone through all of the other troubleshooting for the fast battery drain (GPS status check, restarts, restarts with charging cable) with no improvements seen.

@Odyssey13That is the function of the green LED and normally should be flashing.  My green LED is remaining on 100% (or flashing at a frequency that is high enough not to be seen by the naked eye) which is an indication to me that the device is not functioning as intended.  My next question is why is the LED not functioning as intended (hardware or software failure) and what if anything can be done to recover the device.

@Mwaterman  get with customer support as they can "see" more about your battery on their end. Phone or chat is best.
