This charge 5 is brand new and has been set up. The first day of use it doesn’t hold time, doesn’t count steps, won’t sync properly with the app, when on charge half the time says battery won’t charge and is flashing the Fitbit symbol. Feels like if it could go wrong it has. Was a birthday present and very unimpressed. Trying to get in touch with someone from Fitbit for help getting a replacement.
