HR function - proven to be unreliable

I have been conducting a series of tests with this device to test its reliability for measuring my heart rate.

I’ve used three methods to measure against the Fitbit Charge 5 and found the heart rate is reading well below what it should. I’ve used a fingertip-pulse oximeter, manually counter my heart rate at my radial pulse and used a 4-lead ECG (using a Lifepack 15), and the average difference was 19 bpm’s below what my heart rate really was. This means my calories burned and zones readings have been off for months. I am very disappointed and wish I could get a refund.

This device sucks. It's unbelievable how grossly inaccurate it is on every measure.
