Hi all, I’m a Fitbit novice so please excuse me if I sound dumb, should my fat burn, cardio & peak zones show up in my HR graph? For example… if I had a cardio level of day 123bpm would this also show in my hr graph as it isn’t.
Also, when my hr is hitting a certain level the colour is not changing to the zone colours. Should they be or is it different on the new models? My mum has a Fitbit & hers does.

Hello @Shel777
Don't be shy to ask questions, that's what the Community is for.
Your Heart Rate graph and Exercise should both show the different colours in the App display. Is your phone App up to date? It might be worth checking for updates. It's also worth checking if your Fitbit is on the latest version too: 20001.149.11
Other things you could try are deleting and reinstalling the App, restarting your phone and restarting your Charge 5 (from the Clock Face scroll down to Settings, tap, then scroll up to Restart Device).
If none of those things work, please come back and tell us and hopefully someone will be able to help you.

The app has only been dl so it’s obvs the latest version and the Fitbit is only new so I assume it’s the latest version. Also I have already restarted the Fitbit twice as the hr stopped working on the second day.
min getting no help directly from Fitbit either, they keep telling me to do stuff like my Fitbit it years old. It’s new & a new model so I don’t get it.

Hello again @Shel777
It sounds like the App should be the latest one then.
Please go into the App on your phone, tap on your profile picture, then Charge 5. At the top of that screen it should say Fitbit Charge 5 and then say when it was last synced and what version it is.
Can you just confirm that the number is the one I posted earlier, 20001.149.11 please?
There was an update released after they started selling them so your could well be on an old version despite being brand new out of the box. If it is an old version, please update it and then check again.
Good luck!

Hey, yes it’s that version & it synced again when I went in.

Thank you for confirming that @Shel777 .
So your problem is the colors not showing up for the different heart zones in the activities in your App, isn’t it?
Do you think you could post a screenshot to show us the problem please?
If you’re posting from a computer, tap the Camera icon to the right at the top of the reply box to choose a picture to add. If you’re replying on your iPhone, the icon is a photograph.
If you could show us what you can see, that would be really helpful. I’m wondering if it’s an App problem…

Yes that’s right but I don’t seem to have a button on my phone to add it in as I was going to originally. I’ve only dl the app as it’s my first Fitbit.
I’ve been on with Fitbit Twitter team & they haven’t a clue. I’ve already told them my model 3 times, very annoying.

Hello again @Shel777
I'm sorry I really want to help you but it's really hard without something concrete to go on.
Could you please try to take a screenshot of what you're talking about and upload it?
Or, can you very, very clearly and in great detail, explain, what you do, what you see, where you see it and what you're expecting to see please?
The easiest solution would probably be to ask your mum for help though as she already has a Fitbit and so knows how things work...

I don’t have the option to do that. I’ve literally only got Bold Italics Bullets or URL buttons that’s it?!
My mum is a technophobe she didn’t set up her phone it was me & I didn’t change anything on it.
In the HR section-click on the date-hr beats per min graph no colour all light blue lines. Even tho it says I have hit fat burn (yellow) or cardio (orange) it’s not picking it up on the graph & the line isn’t change colour when my hr goes over 110 which is my fat burn minimum level.

Hello @Shel777
I’m attaching a picture of mine for today - I was only walking about not exercising- and my line is quite blue.
Is this the kind of thing you’re seeing?
This is when I tap on Exercise for today (an auto recognized walk). It’s a bit more colorful.
Can you try tapping on Exercise on your App and see what that looks like? Is it similar?
In my case, the heart rate chart only really shows a lot of colour when I’m doing intense exercise like jogging or weights. You can see it in this one.
Are you using an iPhone or Android?
If you’re using an iPhone you can turn it around and see a lot more detail in the landscape view, but I don’t think that works for Android.
Another thing to check is how many active minutes you have. If you tap on Zone Minutes, it should give you a breakdown with more colour.
Does this help at all?

Hello @Shel777 ,
you can't post your pictures because you have few posts. As soon as you will rank up (that if I remember well it means 10 posts in total) you will have the function enabled.

Thank you. This is exactly what I’m talking about. My lines don’t change from blue even when they are over the zone levels.
So I don’t have any exercises on mine but my hr can go into fat burn or cardio just from walking & it’s not changing colour to reflect it.

I'm having the same problem. Colour is stuck in fatburn colour yellow for any workout I do, even when I have Cardio or peak zones, the colours in the graph are just yellow. I have tried login out from the site and log in again, uninstall the app and install again. So far nothing works. Using a versa 2 btw. If anyone has any suggestions please give me a shout. Hope you get yours sorted. Cheers, D
