Data for example:
Zone minutes: 60-140 HR
sleeping HR: 50-86
❤️ Heart Rate: 52-118
Why are there 3 different and inconsistent ranges for these?

Hello @Lifebythesea
The Zone Minutes are calculated every day based on your Resting Heart Rate, that is measured when you're asleep. You're given three ranges: Fat Burn, Cardio and Peak. When you're in Cardio or Peak you earn double Zone Minutes.
Your Resting Heart Rate should be one number per night. It looks like you also have extra information that tells you the range your heart went through while you were asleep (it's not static throughout the night).
The heart rate range is probably based on your heart rate over a 24 hour period, giving the highs and lows. That is the 'big picture' overview of the day. The sleeping rate covers just the period you were asleep, and the Zone Ranges tell you what heart rate levels you should aim for if you want to burn fat. It's really useful information as one heart beat per minute could make all of the difference.
I hope that helps a bit.
