Any idea why my year old HR5 suddenly started flickering? Colours faded then screen went to black. With a black screen I cannot get to any settings to reset it...

All help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There are 2 ways to restart the Charge 5. This is an extract from the help files:

If the restart doesn't help then it's probably a hardware issue and your best option would be to contact customer support who can check your warranty status and advise on your options contact.fitbit.com
