I bought a Charge 5 at feb 23 especially for HRM and ECG due to some AFib espisodes.
In the first period of use the HRM show the data on app every day also when there was an AFib episode verified by ECG. In the last months when there was an AFib episode the HR allday data not be show on the app.
When the AFib end the HR data of that day appeared on app but no data of the previous day when there was AFib.
I downloaded the fitbit data trought Google Takeout in xls format and the data is present for all days also when they don't shows in app.
I opened some cases with customer support and tried many reset in different ways. At the end the support replace the fitbit but the issue remain.
At the end, I have evidence that the fitbit every 5 minutes read the HR and send the data but this isn't appear on app and so I suppose that the algorithm not considering the data when there is an AFib episode because the range of HR is too high.
I bought a fitbit for my cardiology situation and the HRM data is a priority for me.
Someone have the same issue and can help me?
