Does anyone have any feedback on HRV. Does the Charge 5 correlate with other watches you have used? This is my first wearable that could read HRV. My HRV is around 15-17 which is the lower spectrum for my age group. I am 63. What is interesting is that I asked my son to wear it for one evening. He uses a whoop and he typically tracks around 50-55 HRV. When he wore my Charge 5 his number was about 17. This concerns me that this watch might not be reading correctly. Has anyone else noticed this. Thank you.

No way to tell if you can't test HRV on-demand and compare it with anything that uses better equipment (like chest strap). The accuracy of HRV cannot be verified.

I'm with @t.parker. Also it is worthty to note that in the case of Fitbit the HRV is somehow an average or something else of what measured while sleeping so even more difficult to compare with a spot on measurement. Having said this the numbers provided by my Charge 4 are in the same ball park of what I checked using a chest strap
