Once again my charge five has stopped recording my heart rate variability. The last three nights it’s recorded as zero. It seems with Fitbit it works fine for a year and then after you’ve had it for a year everything starts to stop working. This will be the last one I get I’m not doing this every year.

@Metwo2 Thank you for your reply and for confirming you're experiencing the same problem.
If you have't done so already, I'd also recommend that you try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account. Then check if you're able to see your information in the app.
