HRV results from fitbit are too low and a failure

Please be aware that in some other watch forums (their top watch, have forgotten the name) it is stated on over 8 pages that the HRV results from fitbit are false and inaccurate.

 

So please dont worry with results under 20.

 

I had 18 and had a crosscheck by my cardiologist over 48 hours. It ended up with 54.

Numerous people found out the same. So its not a singular issue.

 

Fitbit not reacts due to sales disadvantages. 

 

Its just a gimick which concerns users due to a complete failure in their algorithm method.

The sky is falling.  The sky is falling.  I read it on 8 pages but I forget where.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
