Has anyone gotten firmware v 194.61 on the Charge 5?

Fitbit officially states* that it's just a "small number" of Charge 5s that are getting bricked by the update. I'm wondering if anyone has v 194.61 on a Charge 5 (I cannot link the announcement, but it is currently pinned at the top of the forum) that works?

*That article is incorrect about refund options. Units under warranty are being replaced. Units *not* under warranty are offered the discount.
