Has anyone received NEW charge 5s in the past 3 months?

I placed an order 80 days ago and I still don't have a shipping date. I've also had to confirm twice now I still want to recieve the order. I was wondering if anyone else who is waiting on a charge 5 has recieved one in the past 3 months or so? I'm just trying to get a sense of whether or not fitbit has made progress towards fulfilling the backorder. I've seen people recieve replacements in the past few months, but I've never had to wait 80 days (and counting) to not even have an estimate. I've seen in other posts on here that support says the Charge 5 is no longer being sold (and that the replacements being sent out are refurbished. Does that mean the charge 5 isn't being made anymore at all? And if so, how is the order gonna be fulfilled?). I know no one on here can fix the problem per se, but I want to get a sense of whether or not other people have recieved their orders in this time period because I'm trying to evaluate if I want to just suck up the discount I was gonna get on the charge 5 and get the charge 6 or move to a different product or wait it out

I had the same issue to the point that I thought I wasn't going to get it, thinking that it was not made anymore.  Then out of the blue, I received an email two weeks ago that it was on it's way.  Since then, I have received it, and have worn it for a few days, but now the band won't stay on.  I'm now trying to figure out how to get support on this.  ugh.  This company is not the easiest to get support from!  I hope that you get your Fitbit soon!

I received my replacement in less than a week

I'm there with you. I placed an order for birthday presents back on August 9th and haven't gotten anything except "confirm you still want these" emails. I chatted with someone back in late Sept then called and spoke to someone last week. They don't know.

When I asked if they could give me a Charge 6 for the cost of the 5 due to their inability to fulfill my order they said "No. The 6 is new."

If I didn't have 11 years' worth of data on Fitbit, they'd get a 1 finger salute and I'd go to Garmin.

@Quizno Yeahhh, I called and they sent a follow up email saying it was out of stock and they had no timeline but they had "sent out your package with the other item(s) that you've ordered." I'm not sure what that means they sent out as I didn't order anything else, but it means a charge 5 isn't coming anytime soon😞
