Have not received a replacement after one month of waiting

My charge 5 has a black screen. Nothing works, I tried everything (restart, charging, changing clock). 

I still have a the right to get a new one if my breaks and would like to finally get a working fit bit. When will I get an answer? My issue is still worked on???

Please support, please help me.

Hi, @Martin82, welcome, you will know that this board is a community populated by interested users & monitored by Fitbit moderators. Your best way forward is to contact "Customer Support" support again with your RMA number. If you have not progressed to the point that you have a ticket number CS will be the only people who can assist you.

I did that a month ago. They are not answering, how long should I wait? Till my guarantee is gone?? I would like to get help fast. It can not be that hard. My charge 5 is defect so give a new one that actually works.

Okay, just a heads up. I still have not gotten any help... 

Now its almost been 3 months. Will you still help me? I am really frustrated with this support 😞
