Have not received my Charge 5 replacement

Hello - Can someone at fitbit please get back to me regarding my charge 5 replacement? It has not arrived yet and its been 20 days. I have not heard back from anyone at fitbit support either after following up for a shipping update a few times.

You will have to continue to work Support directly since this forum is basically used for user-to-user support
