Haven't received Charge 5 refund

Hi,

I had a ticket ##52638381 regarding the Fitbit Charge 5, it stopped working and I was informed that I would be receiving a refund.

However, I haven't received the refund yet and the case ID (above) has been closed.

Could somebody help me re-open my case?

Seems the support website has changed?

Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
USA: call (877) 623-4997   (Just called it myself to make sure the number still works)

Warranty is one year (USA) or two years (some European countries) when purchased directly from Fitbit or from an authorized retailer

I am in India and in the last all support has been provided by first, raising a ticket on Fitbit support, and then followed up by emails.

Now, when I try to contact support, I get a message saying "Please try again during support hours". Support hours are mentioned as: 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM

Moreover, I had an unresolved ticket #52638381, which was closed. I am seeking help to follow up on the same.

Any help/directions in this regard would be highly appreciated.
