Haven't received Charge 5 refund

Fitbit told me they would issue a refund and credit it to my account .However, I still haven’t received the refund. Its been nearly 5 months. I first reported to them last July 16, and they responded that the refund has already been credited to my Payoneer account, but when I checked, there was nothing there. They are now advising me to contact Payoneer instead.

Has anyone here actually received a refund for the Charge 5? Is it true that they will process the refund?

The agent does not reply anymore, I keep on emailing them every single day, they do not reply.

They only reply when you post here on the forum and after a few days, they won't bother replying anymore

they dont reply anymore, so what do i do, they stop replying in the email. are you still planning to give the refund or not? so i wont wait.
