I had heard pretty good stories about fitbit support but my own experience seemed quite a letdown.
I have been using a fitbit charge 5 and it ended up dying after about 2 years of use. When I was looking around for help, it was suggested that I contact fitbit support and they will refund me the cost of the unit.
I ended up connecting with them over chat and then they put me to their refund team (or so I thought) and there have been multiple emails back and forth with them over the last 3 months with them asking me to do various things and me doing them and replying, but still no refund.
It's fine if u can't refund it. But stop giving people false promises and wasting their time giving bull**ahem** excuses for delays.
