Haven't received updates about Charge 5 replacement

Hello,

I was advised that Customer Service would contact me regarding my warranty replacement.   It has been several days.  The only contact has been a copy of the help desk transcript.   I had renewed my premium membership, so I am looking to resolve this quickly

Hi @StephNeedsHelp  these are the community forums where members help other members. You'll need to wait for customer support to reach out to you. From the red banner at the top of these forums, it seems customer support is quite busy. If they said they would get back with you, they will.
