Health Assessments suddenly "Not Available"

My Fitbit App froze yesterday, so I re-installed it.  However, now all my Health Assessments are "Not Available", ie Irregular Rhythm Notifications, ECG, etc.   It states "This irregular rhythm notification feature isn't supported on your device"?????      They were all available before the re-install yesterday.   Any ideas please?
