update charge 5 software to lastest new .

but no see Health Metrics in fitbit app

i'm in hongkong .

sleep data have 3day?

Hello,

If you scroll all the way down on that screen, you should be able to see tiles that you could add, for example Water, Menstrual Health etc.  Is it there?

I've also found a link for customer support in Hong Kong.  I chose one of the Chinese languages but if you scroll down to the very bottom of that page, you can change it.

I'm not sure, but they might be able to give you more practical advice for that area.

Hi i just activated my free premium for 6 months 

they showed up 

i was waiting for health metrics to show up to activate my membership 

I got tired of waiting and activated anyway and the tile showed up 

maybe you can try the same

I do not have hongkong VISA CARD, APP STORE must need it

Can you buy App Store credits at the convenience store there?  We can in Japan.  That's how people without credit cards can use iTunes or Amazon.

I think it's disgusting you need Premium to see it.  I don't have Premium but I have the basic information!
