Health & Wellness reminders not showing and need new features Charge 5

Does anyone get health and wellness reminders? I have an IPhone 12/Verizon  and have never received any health and wellness reminders with my charge 5. I receive all other notifications so, just wondering if this is not a feature offered with the Charge 5.

I have to say I am bored with the watch faces that are available and the fonts are too small.

Why are there no apps available for this Fitbit? It wasn’t a cheap purchase, and I am kind of disappointed with the fact there is nothing extra in the app department with the purchase. I have been a faithful Fitbit purchaser for many years, I have been a tester for the platform and so far this falls flat for me.

I’m actually considering selling my Charge 5 because it’s not up to what I expected Fitbit.

Hi, welcome back to the Community forums, @abean

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about the Health & Wellness reminders.

Health and Wellness tab is available in certain countries and to make sure the correct location is set in your Fitbit account, I'd recommend to verify the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
  2. Tap on your profile picture > the tile with your name.
  3. Tap Personal > Location
  4. Tap Country
  5. Choose your country, and tap Done. If you live in the United States, after you choose your country, you can also add your city and state. Under Location Detail, tap Edit Location Details and then type your city.
  6. Tap Save.

Once that is done, tap Today > profile picture > Third Party Apps > Manage Third Party Apps > Health and Wellness Reminders one more time. If you're still having the same problem to receive these reminders, please try the following:

  1. Go to settings on your phone
  2. Go to Apps
  3. Find Fitbit app and force stop
  4. Next select Mobile Data (still in settings, apps, Fitbit) find the option "Allow Background Data Usage and turn it off and then back on, make sure "allow data usage while data saver is on" is also turned back on as both will turn off and both need to be back on.
  5. Leave Settings and open the actual Fitbit app
  6. Click on your profile pic in the top left of the app and tap set up a device (note: do not remove your fit bit before doing this)
  7. Select your device.
  8. Click the button at the bottom that says Replace your Fitbit Charge 5. It's

Regarding the clock faces available, it's always great to have more clock face options to choose from. If you haven't done so already, please consider voting for these ideas posted in the forums:

About the option to have apps available with the Charge 5, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.

Hope this helps, I'll be around.
