Health metrics are not showing

I have a new Charge 5 (about 3 months) and the health metrics don’t show all the data such as breathing rate, heart variability, and skin temperature. I have Premium and have tried some of the solutions that you have suggested.  None have worked so far.  This problem is a fairly recent one, in the last week.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @JimmyJet68.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Health Metrics and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.

Keep in mind that the Health Metrics tile are not available in all regions. To check if the tile is available in your region, see the health metrics page on the Fitbit website. If the tile is available in your region and you're still having trouble with the app not showing you the metrics, please try the following:

  • Make sure you have at least 3 nights of sleep data.
  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone.
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your metrics.
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.

If you continue to see the same behavior, I've confirmed that other users have been experiencing this problem. The team is already aware of this inconvenience with the Health Metrics (heart rate variability, breathing rate, skin temperature or resting heart rate) and they are working to find a solution as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we haven't received other updates for the moment.

See  you around.
