Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Jansbiz.  

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Health Metrics. 

Keep in mind that the Health Metrics tile is not available in all regions. To check if the tile is available in your region, see the health metrics page on the Fitbit website. Although most of the information provided by this feature requires a Premium subscription, you can still find basic information about these metrics without a Premium subscription in the Fitbit app. 

If you're still having trouble with the app not showing you the tile, please try to:

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see the information. 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
