I noticed that during my workout this morning my Charge 5 logged an unrealistically low heart rate. Separate monitor showed never lower than 110, average about 125 - Charge 5 only went above 100 twice, average 88. Cleaning didn't help. Verified settings correct. Suggestions??

Hi, thank you for sharing this information about the inconvenience you've been experiencing with your Charge 5, @HE2K.
If you haven't done so already, I do recommend that you follow a few steps that have been useful for other users to improve the accuracy as much as possible. Please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
In addition, please complete a three pulse restart, instead of the restart option found on the Charge 5 itself:

Tried all of this - stuff frpm vid, re-start, 3 button re-start, cleaning - adjusting tension. NO DIFFERENCE. It is still reading anywhere from 15 to 60 BPM ow during workouts. This is my second Charge 5 with this issue, ended up replacing the last one at a year. I need a fix for this.

I have the opposite problem...it rates my pulse way too high during exercise or exertion, as much as 40 points above my other heart rate monitors....I get constant warnings to slow down when my heart rate is barely above 90. None of the fixes helped.
