Heart rate chart: "no measurements" (Android app)

Hello,

I am new to Fitbit. The device seems to be working for the most part - however can't manage to get the Android app to display the heart rate charts: it says "no measurements". The funny thing is that I can see live the bpm on the phone app when the device is connected, and furthermore, the data seems to be being uploaded as I can see the charts on the Fitbit web dashboard.

I've tried recommendations in other posts such as clearing cache, login/out, reboot, etc without success.

Curious if someone has experienced this problem and/or fixed it? Otherwise, I am afraid will try to return it.

Thanks!

P.S. Using Android 9 PKQ1.190616.001

There are many places within the phone app where it displays a heart rate chart.  Can you explain exactly how you get to where you are seeing "no measurements".

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have a new-to-me Charge 5, and I have this problem, too.  It's well-documented in these forums, with the usual fix being uninstalling the app, restarting the phone, and re-installing.  I've done this three times.  No luck.

Here's the same problem:

If there's anything else that can be done other that the equivalent of trying again, I'd love to hear it.  Thanks!
