I had this issue with my Charge 3 and now with my new Charge 5. I've noticed that when walking on the treadmill my heartrate will rise right away for 2-3 minutes and then drop down to 102 - 104 for about 10 minutes before spiking up to 160+. In each picture those dips are always a HR of 102 -104. I've done all the troubleshooting steps I've seen on every other thread. Its two fingers above my wrist bone, tight but not constricting, I've done the 3 button reset with the charger.
Its frustrating to see because the Fitbit isn't a cheap device and this issue has occurred with multiple different versions. Is there anything else I can do to prevent this from happening? I thought originally it was because I would check during my walk and figured maybe the act of checking caused it to dip so I stopped doing that with no luck.
I'm not a super health nut or anything so I'm not sure if there are any major calorie differences between 10 minutes at 102 vs 10 minutes at 150+ or if its only a minor difference. Ultimately I just want it to work as it should.

Same thing again today where is dropped to 102/103 for about 5 minutes before spiking back up. Has anyone else experienced this and found out how to fix it?
