The graphs of heart rate from my charge 5 are very different, especially shortly after midnight, between the one you get from clicking on “zone minutes’” on the dashboard and swiping right vs clicking on the heart rate graph for the same day below. In particular, every day that I’ve checked the former gives a period of very high heart rate shortly after midnight but the latter doesn’t.
