I'm getting really frustrated with my device. When I go on a run my heart rate immediately goes to peak. I won't have made it a block and my Fitbit charge 5 starts to alert me to slow my roll. I stop and take my own heart rate and have never been over 80. As I said I haven't even gotten a block.
I've called multiple times and talked with support staff. We've tried restarting the device, changing my max heart rate and numerous other fixes and nothing seems to change. I can be in a spin class for 40 minutes and never go over 150. Is this a common thing? What can I do to fix this problem?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.
