When it gets cool and I start wearing long-sleeve jerseys and/or wind jacket while cycling, my Charge 5 records very low heart rates (and therefore cardio levels) compared to similar exercise while wearing a short sleeve jersey. The same phenomenon occurred with my Charge 4, which is one reason I replaced it.
Thoughts? is there a fix (other than wearing short sleeves)?

Hi, @2labz Welcome back to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the heart rate data when wearing long-sleeves jersey. Wearing these kind of clothes should not impact the functionality of your Charge 5, as long as you follow the correct way to wear it.
However, I recommend you to restart your Fitbit and check if after this the situation continues. Thanks for your efforts!
