Heart rate is double my actual rate

I just bought the Charge 5 and it shows a heart rate that is double what my blood pressure cuff and another HRM/Sp02 device shows.  These 2 other devices agree with each other and the HR reading is half of what Charge 5 shows. My resting HR is very low (36-40) and the Charge 5 shows 72-80.

Happens to me quite often. What i did is just restart the device and it should be back to normal.

Long term fitbit user since Flex. Some behaviors are rude.

Restarting the Charge 5 does not correct the heart rate problem. I'm still
getting a reading that is twice my actual heart rate.

Fitbit you seem to avoid this. Fix it. The last update made this worse.
