Hi, @vrot are you seeing the HR on your Fitbit but not on your phone app?  If you are seeing heart rate on your Fitbit but not on the phone app, that suggests that the app is not currently connected to the Fitbit.  It may help to force a sync, which you do in the app.  From the opening screen on the app click on the small icon top left (smartphone and watch icon) then click on your device and find sync now.  (Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone, of course!)

If it is syncing but seems not to stay connected, setting up notifications can help.  Do that also on the Charge 5 screen on your app.  Setting up notifications should force the Fitbit to “pair” with the phone.

Another way of prompting pairing would be to go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and forget the charge 5.  Next return to the Fitbit app.  It should prompt you to pair your Charge 5.

If you are not seeing your heart rate on the Fitbit itself, please check to see if the green lights are flashing.  If not, make sure that heart rate is turned on on the device itself (from the clock screen on the Fitbit swipe down to find the settings menu, tap to open and swipe up to find heart rate.  Tap to toggle on and off.  If it is set to on but the lights are not flashing, then please tap to turn off, wait a moment, then tap to turn on again.
